Darolyn H. Lendio rejoined M4 as a partner on October 1, 2015 from her position of nearly nine years as Vice President for Legal Affairs and University General Counsel for the University of Hawaii, a body corporate and the #5 Hawaii Business Top 250 Company in 2014 with a budget of $1.5B and 8,000 to 10,000 employees.  For over 30 years, she has practiced law at private law firms in Hawaii and in the public sector in Cabinet positions at both the State and County levels, building relationships and a reputation for strong advocacy.  She practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, government and administrative law, employment law, land use, contracts, insurance law, insurance defense and bad faith law, government relations and higher education law.
