Jordon J. Kimura
Jordon Kimura is an associate in the firm's litigation department. Mr. Kimura's practice focuses primarily on complex commercial and civil litigation, construction litigation, and insurance defense work. He has extensive experience litigating before Hawaii's trial courts on Oahu, Maui, Kaua'i, and Hawai'i Island, as well before the Federal District Court for the District of Hawai'i.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Mr. Kimura graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee with a degree in mathematics, achieving highest honors in his major. He then returned home to attend the University of Hawai'i, William S. Richardson School of Law ("WSRSL"), where he served as a Comments Editor for the law review and a Senior Writing Associate & Teaching Assistant for the WSRSL Writing Center Board. Mr. Kimura graduated summa cum laude from WSRSL.
Prior to starting as an Associate, Mr. Kimura was a summer associate with the firm in 2007 and 2008. As an Associate, Mr. Kimura serves on the firm's website committee. He also serves as a mentor for high school students in the State Bar Association's mock trial program.
