Ana F. Halsey is of counsel at the firm in the corporate department. Her practice includes providing legal and business advice on general corporate and business organization matters, private equity fund formation and other business transactions.
Born and raised in New York, Ana received her undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University in 2014 and graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center in 2019, where she was a member of The Tax Lawyer and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Constitutional Law I, Writing for Practice: Corporations, and Emerging Growth Companies and Venture Capital Financings.
Prior to joining McCoriston, Ana was most recently an associate in the corporate department at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York, where she advised on multi-billion-dollar private equity fundraises, secondary transactions and co-investment equity syndications.
