Matthew M. Bracken provides strategic legal counsel with a focus on land use, zoning, real estate transactions, regulatory requirements, and general civil litigation. Drawing on his background as the former County Attorney for the County of Kauai, Matthew offers clients a unique perspective on navigating complex regulatory environments and government processes.
During his service to the County of Kauai, Matthew served as the chief legal advisor to the Mayor and County Council, providing guidance on a wide variety of critical policy issues. He represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative tribunals in employment grievances, labor arbitration, and administrative contested case hearings.
