Our roots are in Hawaii. Our commitment to Hawaii's communities runs deep.

Giving Back to Hawaii

McCorriston Miller Mukai MacKinnon LLP has been part of the Hawaii community since May 1, 1989. Our attorneys and staff are deeply engaged in civic, charitable, and professional organizations throughout the state. We believe that our responsibility to Hawaii extends beyond the practice of law.

M4 attorneys serve on the boards of Hawaii's leading nonprofits, educational institutions, and civic organizations. We provide pro bono legal services to individuals and organizations who could not otherwise afford legal representation. We support Hawaii's law schools and emerging legal talent through mentoring, mock trial programs, and scholarship initiatives.

Areas of Community Engagement

  • Pro bono legal services for individuals and nonprofit organizations
  • Board service at Hawaii nonprofits, hospitals, and educational institutions
  • Support for the Hawaii State Bar Association and its programs
  • Mentoring law students and young attorneys
  • Participation in civic and business organizations across the state
  • Environmental and cultural preservation initiatives

Hawaii's communities have given much to M4 over the decades. We are committed to giving back — through our service, our pro bono work, and our ongoing investment in the people and places that make Hawaii home.
