M4 is pleased to announce new partners.  Brett R. Tobin and Joel D. Kam are the firm’s newest partners, effective January 1, 2023.  Brett concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and business litigation, real estate disputes, and intellectual property litigation.  Joel is returning to the firm with a practice emphasizing real estate transactions, real estate development and land use entitlements, and lease rent negotiations and arbitrations.
