M4 is pleased to announce that Marguerite S.N. Fujie and Jesse J.T. Smith are the firm’s newest partners effective January 1, 2018. Marguerite and Jesse are exemplary attorneys that only add to the firm’s reputation for quality, integrity and success.

Marguerite is a partner in the firm’s litigation department. Her practice areas focus primarily on complex civil and commercial litigation, trust litigation, and employment matters. She is admitted to practice before all of the courts of the State of Hawaii as well as the Federal District Court for the District of Hawaii, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Jesse is partner in the firm’s litigation department, whose practice focuses on a diverse client group involved in local, international, and cross-border disputes.
