M4 is honored to announce that Kelsey S. Yamaguchi joined the firm as a transactional associate. Kelsey, a graduate of Tufts University and the University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law, previously clerked for Associate Justice Michael D. Wilson of the Hawaii Supreme Court. Her practice focuses primarily on immigration and naturalization, real estate development and financing, conveyancing, land use and entitlements, and corporate and securities law.
