D. Scott MacKinnon is a partner in the firm’s transactional group.  Scott’s practice focuses on commercial loans/workouts, condominiums, eminent domain, land use, real estate including finance, leasing and arbitration.

Scott has been recognized by the prestigious Best Lawyers in America since 1993 and for 2025 has been recognized as the “Lawyer of the Year” for Real Estate Law in Honolulu.
