Patrick K. Lau is of counsel with the firm and focuses on real property law and real estate transactions, including real estate development, commercial leases and real estate financing.

Patrick has represented clients involved in the acquisition, development, financing and sale of resort, office, residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout the State of Hawaii. He has substantial experience in preparing conveyancing, financing, and other real estate documents utilized in real estate transactions.
